How we choose
Three checks before it’s yours.
We work with suppliers across the world, and every pair comes from the country it was made in — the Mexico 66 from Japan, the Samba from Germany’s line, the Cloudtilt from Switzerland’s. Where a shoe is made is part of what it is.
Nothing here is listed sight-unseen. That is the whole difference, and it is where most of our work goes.
First check — before we accept it
Every pair is opened before it enters our stock. We read the serial number and scan the QR code, and we check that both resolve to the shoe in front of us. Then the box, the stitching, the sole unit, the tongue label, the weight in the hand. If anything doesn’t check out, we don’t take delivery of it. It goes back to the supplier and never reaches this site.
Second check — before it ships to you
The pair you ordered is opened again on its way out. Right size, right colourway, right pair in the right box, nothing marked in storage. It leaves here in the condition it arrived.
Third check — you, at your door
Open the box with the courier. Look at it, try it on, take your time. If it isn’t what you expected, hand it straight back before you accept delivery. You haven’t paid yet.
That last one is the check that matters most, because it’s the only one you can see. The first two are ours to get right so that the third one is a formality.

بنشتغل مع موردين من كل حتة في العالم، وكل جوز بييجي من بلد تصنيعه — الميكسيكو ٦٦ من اليابان، السامبا من خط ألمانيا، الكلاودتيلت من سويسرا. بلد التصنيع جزء من الجزمة نفسها.
مافيش حاجة هنا بتتعرض من غير ما تتشاف. دا الفرق كله، وفيه بيروح معظم شغلنا.
الفحص الأول — قبل ما نستلمها
كل جوز بيتفتح قبل ما يدخل مخزننا. بنقرا السيريال نمبر ونعمل سكان للكيو آر كود، ونتأكد إن الاتنين بيوصّلوا للجزمة اللي قدامنا. وبعدين العلبة، والخياطة، والنعل، وتيكيت اللسان، وتقلها في الإيد. ولو حاجة مش مظبوطة، مابنستلمهاش أصلًا — بترجع للمورّد ومابتوصلش الموقع ده.
الفحص التاني — قبل ما تتشحنلك
الجوز اللي طلبته بيتفتح تاني وهو خارج. المقاس صح، اللون صح، الجزمة الصح في العلبة الصح، ومافيش أي أثر من التخزين. بتخرج من عندنا بنفس الحالة اللي دخلت بيها.
الفحص التالت — إنت، على باب بيتك
افتح العلبة مع المندوب. شوفها، قيسها، خد وقتك. ولو مش زي ما توقعت، رجّعها معاه على طول قبل ما تستلم. لسه مادفعتش حاجة.
والفحص التالت دا هو الأهم، لأنه الوحيد اللي إنت شايفه. الأولانيين مسؤوليتنا إحنا — عشان التالت يعدي شكلي.
