Before you accept delivery

Inspect the order with the courier and return it before accepting delivery.

There are no refunds after acceptance. Exchange only, within 3 days, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging.

لا يوجد استرداد للأموال بعد الاستلام. الاستبدال فقط خلال 3 أيام بشرط إن المنتج ما يكونش اتلبس ويكون في عبوته الأصلية.

Exchange shipping is covered by the customer, unless the item is incorrect or defective.

مصاريف شحن الاستبدال على العميل، إلا لو المنتج غلط أو به عيب.
